At the age of 33, Marco Pierre White was the youngest chef in the world, to win three Michelin stars. He re-wrote the rules of fine-dining in the 1980s. Before him, every master chef had been French and his success has inspired a new wave of home-grown talent with his first book, White Heat, voted most influential cook book by Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine. Today, Marco is renowned for being one of the UK's most gifted chefs and is respected for his passion, perfection, drive and frankness in the industry.
