I was tempted because it's half price - don't you be. Pretty good suction for the first couple of minutes, then the filters clog, the red light comes on, and it needs emptying.
The cord is ridiculously short, I needed an extension lead to get round to the other side of the bed. With my old cleaner I could clean my whole flat (it's only small) from one electric point, with this I have to keep plugging it in other points.
The plastic pipe causes static, so it is always covered in fluff that needs wiping off, and it gives you static shocks! Most unpleasant.
The pipes, being slippery plastic, are constantly coming apart and dropping off the hose - extremely annoying. I've glued mine together.
Pay more and get something that works.

After reading the previous review about this hoover and it's various design faults I decided to take a risk and buy it anyway. The price seemed like a real bargain for a 2000w vacuum. Sadly I have to agree that it is not the best i've ever used. I would recommend it to people living in a smallish flat with no pets as the bin has been designed in such a way that it can't handle pet hair which just collects in the filter and affects the suction - I live in a house and have pets so have to empty the bin between each room. Having said that, for the small cost it's worth the hassel of emptying it after each room because it is very powerful before the filter gets clogged. The hoover is very compact which I don't think was clear from the product description.

i got this because it looked good and the description sounded perfect however its not that powerful, the suction isnt very good, i recommend henry.
