This product is useless!! The motor is not strong enough which means you end up "fighting" with the knife and risking injury. The safety button also means that you need to use both hands to turn it on and the ergonomics of that also risk injury. My last knife was made by Moulinex... I am now searching for that knife again.

This knife could not cut butter. Do not attempt to use it to carve your Sunday joint as you will be disappointed.
