We bought this on amazon and I had researched all the microwaves online before deciding which one we wanted. We were really surprised to receive this one and read through the manual to find there is no 'stand by' option. We have now had the microwave for just over a month and the words below the buttons are all rubbing off. I have not used any excessive cleaners on it or anything. My husband asked if they had used mascara to write it on with because thats what it looks like now all smudged by fingers touching the buttons.
