The 18163 Russell Hobbs Twin Profesional Fryer comes in a striking stainless steel finish with two raised variable temperature control panels. The two separate compartments allow you to cook two different types of foods (eg chips and chicken nuggets) at once and also allow you to cook foods at two different temperatures for more or less crispiness. Its combined 6 L oil capacity enables you to fry up to 2 kg of tasty food while the baskets can be easily raised and dropped in order to view the progress of your food. The removable lids, baskets and enamel bowls also makes it a breeze to clean.

good little product it does what it says on the box, the only critisism is that the temp dial is not very clear, especially is your eye sight is not great.
