I purchased this 4 sandwich toaster to replace a really cheap 2 sandwich toaster. I have to say I'm personally not impressed at all. The lid/cover moves side to side instead of being secure. to fit 4 in you have to cut the edges off the bread & it doesn't seem to cook the outer edges as quickly as the inside sections. It gets hot really quickly but a bit too hot. I have only tried it out once but don't want to use it again. A waste of money
