The product seems solid and generally good albeit the basket device a little flimsy. The major issue for me is that when the basket is in the raised position to drain food, the bottom 1/2 inch of the basket is still in the oil so you need to fully remove the basket to drain the product.

Excellent product and very easy to clean, took quite a long time to be delivered but was well informed when delivery was due, it was also free which is excellent when buying from Amazon.
