The Russell Hobbs 14723 Steamglide ProfessionaliIron is styled in an eye-catching ocean blue colourway and boasts 2400 W of power. It's ceramic soleplate will effortlessly glide over fabrics, cutting down on ironing time and it also has a large 350ml large transparent water tank, meaning less time is spent refilling. Featuring variable temperature and steam settings, plus a powerful 40g/min steam output and 95g shot of steam for easier ironing, the Russell Hobbs steamglide professional iron gives you high performance at your fingertips.
Another great time saving feature is the irons powerful vertical steaming facility, ideal for removing wrinkles from furnishing fabrics, curtains and from hanging clothes quickly and easily, without having to take them down. The fine mist water spray is perfect for dampening dry areas and the iron can even be used as a dry iron if required.
Incredibly the features don't end there, as the iron includes a self-clean function with anti-scale agent to prevent the build-up of scale, an auto-shut off facility, which will switch the iron off after 30 seconds if the soleplate is down, or after 15 minutes if it's upright and a 360 degree swivel cord guard for added convenience.

Very good iron, gets very hot very quick, I have found you dont need to keep ironing over the same area so makes ironing much quicker you also dont need to keep topping it up with water. would recommend this product

I was attracted to this iron by the cheap price and am delighted to report it is a great iron! I haven't tried out have the fancy extras on it yet but it heats up very quickly and the steam burst is brill. Also irons out creases at a lightening speed! All in all couldn't do better! Highly recommended.

Now I realise that my old iron just wasn`t very good, that`s why things kept a slight look of creasing in them. Now I`m using this model, things are coming out much better, because it gets hotter and does indeed glide better, and doesn`t waste as much Vaporesse, and also it seems to help clothes retain the smell of the washing powder/fabric conditioner. Easy to fill, and easy to use. It`s very very good, and much easier to use than those silly giant irons that you can`t fit in the cupboard! This is well worth buying.

Where's the steam??
