This steamer is excellent. The veg taste wonderful. It is so quiet, no ticking timer like the manual ones. The basket bottoms don't come out which we prefer it makes it feel so much stronger. No good if you want to cook a whole chicken though!!

Good delivery,bought this steamer for my son and his wife as a present. Very modern and up to date,easy to use,they are very pleased with the results.

It lasted about 4 weeks of normal use - then the LCD display got affected by either temperature or the steam and started reporting hieroglyphics so you couldn't tell what time you had set. After about 2 months of use the buttons on the front of the unit became almost unworkable - when pressed they stuck in and so you couldn't alter anything. It now operates plainly on/off by using the mains switch. Very shoddy built quality - look at the price - you get what you pay for. I'm very disappointed with Russel Hobbs - I thought they were meant to be a good company - looks not to be the case.

Steamer
The buttons on the front are very flimsy, progam button occassionlly stuck in, and the containers were unstable when stacked for use.

Unable to fix
My Russel Hobbs Locked up into timer mode and i could not get anyone to fix it.To send it back would have cost too much,so i scrapped it and got a manual one.
