Designed to deliver the perfect slice of toast all in a compact space-saving design. With extra wide toasting slots, the Stylis toaster is ideal for toasting both thin and thick sliced bread or even home baked bread, plus for your convenience it has an extra lift facility, making it easier to remove smaller items like crumpets and bagels. The frozen bread setting will also allow bread to be toasted straight from the freezer and the re-heat function will quickly give a short burst of heat to unbuttered toast. The variable browning control can be altered to suit your own personal preference and should you wish to cancel the toasting process at any time, simply press the eject button and the toast will pop up and elements will switch off. The Stylis toaster also features a removable crumb tray for ease of cleaning and has cord storage.

Looked at other reviews for many toasters on here, and all seem to suffer from either premature failure, bad build quality, or uneven toast or the toast doesn't fit.
This one had only 1 review, but it was generally positive. Not a large sample size, but I risked it. Bought this one (from Argos actually, as I had vouchers), but so far been impressed.
Handles and buttons feel well made. Actually does good toast! Very uniform browning, and Kingsmill toastie fits in longways with room to spare. So far very happy. As for longevity, have to wait and see.

Looks good - good price and easy to use, but I'm disappointed with the basic function ... toasting! Leaving the control in one place gives variable results even using the same bread, and some slices are darker on one side than the other. Its not too much of a problem - just means you need to keep an eye on it rather than set it and leave.
Having said that, I've read the Which reports and reviews on loads of toasters, and none of them seem great. Some people get good ones - some people have problems. Seems like there's not much consistency in any model.

This toaster really does what I had assumed was an impossibility - it toasts bread (and crumpets) evenly on both sides! The heat settings are accurate and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

Stylish stylis
Not as compact as I was hoping (e.g. it weighs 2.7kg and I can't find a ruler but it's about/over 30cm long and 23cm wide), but it is stylish and amazingly it cooks toast!! Read more
