Book Description

6 Jan 2008 Alfred's Classic Album Editions
Moving Pictures, Rushs eighth studio album, came out in 1981 and is their most commercially successful release. The album was certified quadruple platinum in 1995 and features several of Rushs most classic songs, including Tom Sawyer, YYZ, Red Barchetta, and Limelight. Although they have always shunned the formulaic and popular approaches to rock music, the band is fifth all-timejust behind the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Kiss and Aerosmithfor the most gold and platinum records by a rock band. Alfred's album-matching folio features all songs in authentic guitar TAB.

1.0 out of 5 stars The usual Alfred's fare, terrible 5 Aug 2008

I just don't know why I bother buying stuff from Alfreds. They obviously spend all their money on lawyers to shut down Tablature sites and nothing on people to accurately transcribe the songs they claim to transcribe.

This one, as many other from Alfreds is just pure crap. The transcriptions are wrong, wrong, wrong. Authentic Guitar Tab Edition? Authentically wrong.

If what you are after is learning to play Rush music, don't buy this, it is wrong, not subtilely, not a little off in the solos, but pervasively using wrong chord voicings.

That is it, Alfreds is never getting another penny of my money.
