The information over-delivered on the price. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the low price and was quite happy the book delivered beyond my expectations. I'll start the program next week and I'm excited to get at it.

Hardcore runners need not apply. This book is for the average woman who juggles many responsibilities and doesn't have the time or inclination to run or go to the gym. What is the point of going to a gym if you can get even better results working on in your flat!

Do you enjoy jogging? If you do, don't bother getting this book. It's not about long distance jogging. It's about quick HIIT style running and alternative exercises to replace jogging for fat loss. Jogging obviously is a bad choice of exercises if your main goal is to lose weight. That should be obvious to anyone who knows of and sees joggers regularly. They don't have impressive bodies. I've lost 2kg in no time fast.
