This book....is pure maverick inspiration! Got me into the Just do it mentality of the time! Consequently charging around the Scottish Munros in a little over 7 weeks...This book was the inspiration...and kind of remains so. pioneering..audacious...amusing...wreckless and determined.I cherish my battered copy bought in a Kathmandu bookshop...for the second-time...after the Russian baggage handlers had nicked the first one on the only Aeroflot experience I will enjoy!

This was an inspiring and motivating book, well written by the two brothers that endured this run. I was so happy to find this book and am a better person after I've read it.

I read this book some ten years ago. I still remember the two British brothers who ran along the Himalaya from East to West in 100 days. One of the best adventure books that I have ever read. Recently, I saw the book in a Kathmandu bookstore (Pilgrims). I wish I bought it then. ...
