Great new colour edition of these simple and slim 'cahier' notebooks. There are three in a pack and they are perfect for slipping in a pocket (the pocket sized ones!) or a bag (the large or extra-large ones) for writing notes when out and about. Spines are stitched with the usual good quality ivory paper that all Moleskines have. The card covers are firm but more flexible than the standard hardcover Moleskine notebooks.

as mentioned in the title.
the quality of this notebook is quite good.
there are a set of 3, cost about 3 pound per book, which is at a reasonable price.
also, the red cover is quite attractive though
another good notebook from moleskine was the set of 3 blue ruled notebook.
which looks exactly the same inside except in blue cover.

I cannot explain how much I love these cahier notebooks. They may seem pricey but the construction is incredible, the binding, paper quality, the cover is impossibly durable despite having a flexible cardboardy feel.
They don't easily wear and have enough space for substantial notetaking.

I use these for taking ALL my notes in my law degree. I use one per module and each one has lasted about a term despite being super lightweight and thin.

Will definitely be using these for the duration of my studies.

RECOMMENDED.

I chose 5* because I love MOLESKINE.
I have had the brown covered cahiers in the pasand loved them.I had thought that all of the pages of this new type were perforated which would have been so useful. I bought 6 altogether thinking that they would be! I have bought a MOLESKINE ball pen and it is great to use. I would love to use my LLamy fountain pens but the ink goes through the paper - which is fine if you don't mind writing on just one side of a sheet.
I wonder if MOLESKINE would make a notebook with perforations throughout?

I really enjoy using these Moleskine Cahier books, the paper in them takes the ink so well, I use a fountain pen all the time and the paper in some notebook doesn't take the ink well at all. I have these notebooks in a variety of sizes but particulary like these large books when I want to sit down and plan a short story. Would be good if they made them with more pages in too though ;-)
