He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist [CSCS], a qualification awarded by the National Strength and Conditioning Assocation in USA, which is a leading authority on conditioning for athletes. I have recently started rugby coaching as I can no longer play for medical reasons; and this book provided exactly what I needed to help plan very useful and enjoyable sessions and learn how to monitor progress etc.

We have started pre-season training and the feedback regards the fitness and conditioning training has been very positive indeed.

Fully recommend this product for coaches and players......

i'm a pro athlete and have been for nearly 10 years. i had fallen into the trap of doing the same exercises over and over again. rugby fitness has opened my eyes to that and has led me to re-think my pre-season regime. here's to improvements at all levels. raise a glass to ben wilson. superb.
