A great asset when exercising - either on the road, on your machine at home or the gym. Handy size not too bulky. Good purchase.

Ok 300ml is actually not enough especially running more than 10 miles. However I've tried carrying 500ml normal bottles and my problem is my hand gets so sweaty, I have trouble holding on to the bottle, (and have dropped it). With the Rucanor design I can actually open my hand to cool the palm down without dropping the bottle. I've read this back and it sounds stupid but it does work. I'm looking to buy the 500ml bottle. Maybe to runners this will make sense?

- It's a great little bottle but it only holds about the same amount as a can of coke. It would be nice if some bigger ones were available.
- It's a great shape for gripping while running.
- The top is a bit too stiff to open with your teeth, especially while running.

Great little bottle!
This bottle is perfect, not too large, easy to grip and when full not too heavy. Would recommend, especially if like me you just want some emergency fluid!
