A waste of money 8 Sep 2011

I wore it once, with only one full bottle of water, but after about 100 m. the belt (which is only short enough to fit around my hip - I am a very normal size 8-10) moves away from the hip due to the bouncing of running, and since it is not short enough to fit around my waste, it jumps all over the place and makes running impossible. I had to take it off and carry it in my hands, which was not very comfortable on a long run. And I only bring water on the long runs. To me this belt is useless.

Very comfy and just the right thing for a longish run. 4x175ml bottles, you can remove whatever you don't need, plus a pouch that fits a phone & key just right.

Just what I needed has 4 x 175ml bottles can add remove them. Have been using two bottles so far only winter running routes of 8 to 15 miles off road,used to carry a 500ml single bottle that was not comfortable.
There is a small pouch just about get away with a small bunch of keys,but great for the price.
Guess you could add your own large pouch to this belt if you needed too?
