The author has brought together the very difficult subject of Danish Porcelain by giving a precise method of dating and pricing individual works. The book is now on the bookshelf of the most insignificient Scandanavian dealer.

Wonderfully illustrated and very thorough, but difficult to follow. There was more information about each piece and the history of it than I ever expected. Only complaint is that the information is broken up in different tables in the front and in the back; ButI learned a lot about figurines and the history of Royal Copenhagen from this informative book.

This is a very nicely illustrated book with a great deal of useful information for the beginning collector, for example, how to date a piece of Royal Copenhagen porcelain by its mark, and how to tell a factory second. An informative synopsis for each piece mention is quite illuminating and informative.
