This is a re-release of the trilogy - the Royal Brides by Lucy Monroe. A captivating and enchanting tale of the three Scorsolini Royal Princes and how they found true love.
The Princes Virgin wife - tells the story of Principe Tomasso Scorsolini, who in search of wife and mother for his children had to employ some subterfuge to recapture a lost and forbidden love with an old acquaintance from his college days, Maggie. Maggie was his one time house-keeper and house-mate during his college days, she fell in love with him then but Tom as she called him was too obtuse to notice the gem under his nose. Suffices to say years later, tempered by experiences, Tomasso will do anything to have Maggie as his wife.
His Royal Love Child -tells the story of Principe Marcello Scorsolini and Danette his secret mistress. For his own reasons he wanted their relationship to remain secret and he had no plans to marry her and she initially went along with it until she wanted more -an open relationship or none at all. Marcelo wanted to continue as they were - so they where headed for splits Ville when a pregnancy test changed everything. (The Heroine Danette was first introduced in her other book -The Wedding Vow of Revenge).
The Scorsolini Marriage Bargain - tells the story of Crown Principe Claudio and his childless wife Theresa, the medical problem (endometriosis) that made her infertile and how they worked through their trials and tribulation to re-discover what was most important, their love for each other. In the last book Lucy was able to capture the sensitivity and suffering of women afflicted with this problem and how it can make or mar relationships. All three books are beautifully crafted and well written and being released in one volume makes read like one continuous novel, as you encounter all three brothers in each book. A very good read, I recommend.
