A well-written book, with a clear and easy layout. It successfully pointed us away from the crowds (in late March!!) to sights we would otherwise have overlooked. There was much-appreciated detail, without the book getting too thick. The small section on language was useful, although the advice on pronunciation did not match the advice of the locals I consulted.
All round, a very good guidebook, which should meet the needs of visitors who want to see the sights of a beautiful city and who don't just want to stick to the well-trodden path of the castle, the old town square and Wenceslas Square.
One caution - one recommended restaurant we went to had jumped from the cheap price range to the expensive. The food was excellent and we were pleased to have gone there, but it pays to check the menu first if your budget is tight!
