good map, nice quality and durable, does exactly what it promises! Although it didn't rain and i didn't spill drinks on it and it didn't fly into the marina .... so i can't really comment on whether its waterproof or not ... ;)
I was dissapointed with the map. Whilst it had the detail of central Barcelona,i thought £3.95 was overpriced for this. There was nothing special about it.

Used this map during a week in Barcelona during which it got rained on, shoved into my bag time and again and was folded into every concievable size and shape, this map held up like a champ! I could mark it with ballpoint pen to keep track of our metro station, our apartment, etc., the coating kept it from water damage or tearing and the print is clear and large enough to read while standing on a busy street corner. Only once did we venture far enough to be off-map, it covers a wide view of the city. I would recommend this map to anyone and hope to pick up a similar one for an upcoming Paris trip.

Have purchased a few books and maps on Barcelona and would say this map has enough information to do the whole city for a day or two. Well made and great details for the visitor to Barcelona. Would recommend to anyone

Complete, Easy to Read, and Durable

We bought this map to supplement an already good map that came with a pocket guide book. This map is larger, has excellent detail without being cluttered, and is easy to read when the lighting makes it difficult to read smaller maps. The map is made of durable rain-resistant material and tolerated being folded and refolded many different ways.
