I live in Holland - close to Amsterdam. I've got several maps of the city and have looked at loads more in the local shops, however, this is easily the best one. Unfortuately, I've not seen it over here, so having lost my old one on a tram, I've having to buy a new one from the UK.
It's very clear, covers only the bits you need, but isn't just restricted to the central canal ring, as some of the others are. Plasticky paper so that it doesn't get wet and also makes it quite tough.

Dont usually leave reviews, but this map is spot on. On arriving in Amsterdam my wife and i were given numerous maps of the city, by transport networks, hotel, and tourist information etc. Never used them because this little fella was spot on. Great bargain too...

I recently bought this for a long weekend to Amsterdam and it was perfect! Its so clear and easy to use, I'm usually rubbish at maps and stuff but this was so useful! It also meant that prior to my trip I could find out where all the places I wanted to go were so that I had an idea when I got there. There is a guide down one side to all the different restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, sights, markets and shops on the map, which is useful and it also has the transport routes marked on. WELL WORTH GETTING! 5 STARS!

Very useful
This map is very clear and one page of it is the very centre piece magnified more. It really helped us find our way around this beautiful city. Recommend this map highly.
