Reluctantly I didn't buy this from Amazon because of their fluctuating price. It ranged from £125 to £160 in a very short period so that I missed out.I bought it for £124 elsewhere.
I would very much like to own a Cartier Tank watch (wouldn't we all), but at £2k plus I have other priorities. This Rotary watch however, looks elegant and discreet with a definite reference to the 1940s and the Cartier-ish look. I hadn't noticed until receiving it but it has the Cartier style cabuchon set into the crown wheel. As mentioned above it is something that you could pass on. Rotary provide a lifetime warranty provided that they service it every three years.
There are no bells or whistles, just unobtrusive elegance which suits me fine, and for what I paid for it, it punches above it's weight.
