This DVD contains an uncut live performance from Ross Noble's Sonic Waffle tour. Fans of Ross Noble will not be disappointed, the show contains all the usual outpourings from the bizzare mind that is Ross Noble. As usual there are the set pieces plus flights of fantasy triggered by late comers, hecklers and conversations with audience members. In particular his conversation with a nanny in the audience sparks an impression of Dick Van Dyke as the Chimney Sweep in Mary Poppins.
The DVD is packed with extensive extras including an excellent game of "Spot the Celibrity faces in Muffins". These is also film of his appearance in Jack Dee's live at the Apollo.
Ross Noble is quite simply the funiest live comedian in the country at the moment and this DVD shows him in superb form.
If you could only buy one Ross Noble DVD then Unrealtime would be my choice particularly as you get the bonus of his Regent's Park Open Air theatre performance. Sonic Waffle is a very close second I mean who else but Ross Noble could come up with a slogan as random as "Radioactive Kung Fu Fridge Boy and Monkey Slayer".

Ross Noble's Sonic Waffle DVD is absolutely fantastic. The main feature is an unedited 1 hour 50 minute perfomance from the last night of his Sonic Waffle tour in 2003. This would be enough on its own. However, he has included some great extras as well. There is a full commentry from Noble on the perfomance, a full commentry on the commentry(!), his perfomance from Jack Dee live at the Apollo, a music video montage and a celebrity muffin game! All this means that it is great value for money.
As for the perfomance itself, it is extremely funny. I would say that it is slightly better than the hilarious Unrealtime DVD. There is nothing that I can tell you about the perfonance that would do it justice. You really just have to watch it and enjoy! His unique comedy style means that he is never ever repetative, unlike some other stand up comedians, and at one point I just could not stop laughing!
This DVD is pure genius from one of the best comedians of his era. If you are a comedy fan you really need to buy this DVD. I have already watched it twice and it is still just as funny! You can't buy a funnier DVD than this at the moment, and yes that is including Bill Bailey and Peter Kay!

Ross Noble has come up trumps yet again. I thought that when i had seen his unrealtime dvd that he could get no better, how wrong i was. The new helping of Ross Noble in 'Sonic Waffle' is the ultimate package, I could not stop laughing. His jokes vary from Dick Van Dyke on speed to Elton John fighting off two angry midgets. This dvd is pefection.In my opinion he is up there with Jimmy Carr and Bill Bailey at the very top if not better than them both. If you have enough money i would easily reccommend you buy this.I am pleading with the tv people get him on tv more he is bizarre and this is what makes him hilariously unique i hope you all feel the same as me.For one last time 'BUY THIS DVD NOW'....
