Format:DVD
Ross Noble is, for my money, the best, most original stand-up comedian of his generation. The bloke's a genius, seamlessly weaving surreal improvisation and observation in with (surprisingly little) scripted material, taking endless tangents, but always, ALWAYS coming back to the point. Amazing to see live and almost as good to see on film. This DVD is a must-have for established fans and worth a look for the recently initiated to the world of Nobleism, and excellent value for money: you get 2 and a half hours of show footage, with another four hours of extras. What's not to love?

I am one of the biggest fans of Ross Noble. I've seen him about 6 times on tour, and own almost all of his DVDs. I was given Nobleism for Christmas, but (and i'm sad to say it) we were hugely disappointed. I agree with another review that said it was 'lacking something' compared to his others. This show has no real meat to it, it's amost entirely him just bantering with the audience and commenting on items left on the stage. Whilst Noble is the best i've seen at crowd banter, the lengthy show grew quite tiresome as he never seemed to get to any stories/jokes.
If you're looking for a good comedy DVD, buy Fizzy Logic or any of his others. Just avoid this one, as it's not Ross Noble at his best!

As the title says really, a good DVD but not as good as Fizzy Logic, it would be nice if the loud heckler wasn't there, but there you go! A long run time and plenty of extras, if your a fan of his its worth a buy.
