When I visited my friends house recently, she brought out one of her parents videos-yes, Rosemary Conley's Top To Toe Collection - For A Flatter Tummy.
I looked at the cover and laughed, but don't make the mistake of discarding this old 90's video with an odd woman with a pink lycra outfit on the cover. No, Rosemary is brilliant in this great workout, showing you exercises and warm-ups to do.
My friend and I laughed our way through the 20 minute workout, completely enjoying it although we had a weak stamina.
Fit or not- this video is great as Rosemary shows you ways to make the exercises more difficult or easy as your flexibility and fitness levels improve.
And, believe it or not- in a few extra viewings and participations of this video, I could completely run through doing all the exercises!!! Also, I could feel a definite improvement in my stomach and buttock muscles!
Highly recommened.
