I have a large collection of fitness DVDs but you can't beat Rosemary! If you like something which is easy to follow, manageable but likely to give results, then this is the one for you. What I like about this one is that it is easy to access the sections as sometimes I have lost the will to live never mind exercise before I find the beginning. But not with this one! I like the fact that there are just four sections: Warm up, Aerobic, Whole body tone up and floor and each section is timed and not too long. What is more, Rosemary does not make you feel guilty if you don't complete the whole programme; it is fine to access sections depending on how much time you have available. I find I can do the aerobics section twice. There are no overly complicated choreographed routines but simple, exercises which you can feel are beneficial. So much better than some of the celebrity DVDs I have purchased.
