This book is idea for food lovers who want the taste of gourmet food but don't want the fat. There are traditional recipes such as coronation chicken , there are also Thai food recipes and Japanese recipes. Unfortunately no mexican recipes but then you can't improve on mexican food. An excellent cook book and it helped me lose a stone in weight without getting bored.

The vast variety of recipes in this book with relevant nutritional information enabled me to write my own diet based on what I liked (not SALAD), and my lifestyle (very different timings to prepare food). I even did a whole dinner party and no one seemed to notice it was all low fat! Well done Rosemary, it really works for me.

Incredible cookbook, quick and easy cooking and very informative. I use these recipes all the time now for entertaining and each and every recipe has been a total success. It's almost irrelevant that these are low-fat recipes's, but it is cooking at it's best. Try the Salmon with Sun-dried tomato Rissotto ..... easy to cook and tastied dish I have tried in a long time.
