I have most of RC's videos and this one is not one that I usually do on it's own if I want a really good workout. I mix with other toning vids.
The aerobics section is fairly short, so is excellent to do first thing in the morning or when you're pushed for time. Although short, you do break out into a sweat.
The stomach toning section is not as effective as it could be, even the highest level. To gain any benefit, you either have to improvise with more reps yourself or do a separate vid afterwards.
Still, one for a balanced collection.
