Ten minutes of fun fat-burning aerobics (which can be repeated for a longer workout). Ten minutes of standing, moderate aerobics incorporating toning for waist, hips and thighs. Ten minutes of standing, moderate aerobics with toning for abs and upper body. A ten-minute toning section for abs, hips and thighs on the floor. Ten minutes of toning for abs and upper body also on the floor. And, section 7 is a five-minute beautiful cool down and stretch to complete the programme.
