I particularly like Lamb with fennel and cardamon but all of these recipes so far used have been so specific and clear therefore easy to follow and results have been unfailingly good. I cook a lot but have always said that if you can read, have a good recipe and the equipment you can cook - this book ticks all the boxes.

I am totally delighted with School for Cooks. I watched the whole series on the TV and I think she is just such a fabulous person and her cooking is beyond compare . I know its fine dining but for special occasions oh wow she makes recipe's that even thick people like myself can perfect. The book in itself is illastrated fabulous and although so far I have only tried two recipes yippeeeeeeeeeeeee they were perfect
