Pamela (Peterborough U.K.) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Ena Roscoe musical star 1920-1940's. (Kindle Edition)
This is a fascinating glimpse of life as it used to be for stage artists and music hall stars.
Walt Disney was charismatic -charming and a true gentleman said Ena Roscoe.
What did he give her that she treasured and is still in the family?
Pantomime still pays well today, which is why celebrities want to play Aladdin.
Snow White. Mother Goose. Ena played Cinderella.

Anyone interested in music hall or radio stars of yesteryear will be fascinated by this book.
