Let me start by saying I reviewed this before it came out when I noticed the 'B' on the side representing 'Bombo', the people who made the Manchester United season review 2010/2011, so I presumed it would be terrible with crazy camera angles, music over the goals, terrible commentary and a dimwitted narrator.
I was wrong.
I got my copy this morning, put off watching it for a while because I was worried it would be terrible but infact it was brilliant! My only complaint is the picture quality. From close it looks very bad but from further away it looks perfect so It's fine.
There are no bad camera angles, the narrator is a well known narrator who im pretty sure has narrated on a previous Manchester United DVD, there's no music over the goals, its the original commentary and there's no other surprises!! Just 155 Wayne Rooney goals with Rooney commenting on some of them and small segments of interviews from Rio, Giggs and Fergie. It's around 1 and a half hours long; doesn't feel rushed in the slightest but at the same time doesn't feel like it's dragging on and there's also a 10 minute bonus where Rooney picks out his own personal top ten goals then comments on why he chose them!
Overall A great DVD which I really wasn't expecting much of. Im still absolutely gutted about the Manchester United season review 2010/2011 but if this is the style in which next seasons review will be I will definately get it.
Well done for a great Rooney DVD and looking forward to his next 150 goals!
