Product Description
The Heatmiser DS1-L is our central heating dial type thermostat incorporating an LCD. In normal operation, the actual room temperature is displayed on the LCD, rotating the dial will display the set temperature for 5 seconds.
Is your dial thermostat inaccurate ? The chances are it is a mechanical type, and by replacing it with this electronic model you will see a much higher level of accuracy.
Is it compatible? If your existing thermostat has at least three wires (excluding earth) then you can replace it with this model. If in doubt, you are welcome to call our technical support line - 01254 870303

Although the stat Room Thermostat with Display - Heatmiser DS1-Lworks well, I think it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly the difference between cut in and cut out cannot be ajusted to less than one degree. This means that the radiator goes cold for quite some time before the boiler cuts in again. This does not go down well with the ladies!
Also the dis play is rather too small.

No home should be without this item. Accurate easy to use and so much better than the old mechanical type. Easy to fit and instant response from their technical department when I had a problem. Buy it!

Bought this simple room stat for my father-in-law. Easy to fit and works fine, but instructions not clear for our particular requirements. However, Heatmiser's support via email was really fast and helpful.
