This is a good little sports comedy that revolves around Baseball, Thomas Ian Nichloas (Kevin in the American Pie films) plays 12 year old Henry Rowengartner, one day he breaks his arm in an accident, once his arm is out of plaster he discovers that his arm has healed incorrectly and now has a super fast pitching arm.
He uses his new found speed for a sport that he's been struggling at, Baseball and is spotted at a local Chicago Cubs baseball ground and is signed by the owner as a pitcher, from thereon he's propelled into dreamland.
There are some good and cruel twists, good bits of comedy, Nicholas puts in a good performance, with good support from both Gary Busey and the late great John Candy, overall a good feel good film.
