Two thumbs down on this one. The information that I needed from it was insufficient. Plus the author instead of simply reporting the facts makes critiques about art that she is clearly unqualified to make. It was thoroughly annoying. There are much better books to get more intelligent information about art and history than this one. There are also MUCH better guide books than this one. If there was a retail store for me to return this book to, I would have returned it for a refund. It was a waste of money.
