I have used this tape to seal the joints between foil insulation boards in the roof of my house. This tape is VERY sticky and will stick to itself at the slightest opportunity, but it is faced with a waxed strip to prevent this until you peel it off. It took me a couple of joints before I realised that the best way to apply this was to unroll sufficient for the joint (don't cut it), expose only the first couple of inches and then stick over the joint whilst holding down the joint line. Holding the tape straight down the joint with one hand, use the other to pull the waxed strip from under the tape about a foot at a time and then press into place. Cut the silver tape at the end of the joint, but leave an inch of waxed strip extra to make it easy to peel back for the next.

With a bit of care, you can get a lovely almost mirror-like finish. Great job!

p.s. Don't cut Always leave an extra inch of the waxed strip when you cut it in use.

I have used this for sealing thermawrap insulation, it has good adhesion and found it very easy to use
as long as you take the backing strip off as you go along, else it sticks to itself. Great value compared to
others and good product so much so I've ordered another roll.

Great stuff, I use it to repair holes in car exhausts, and if done properly will last longer than the exhaust.

Great insulation tape and great for using as intended, however, I used mine in craft projects. It is very sticky and sticks down without coming off easily. Can be used in a die cut machine and useful when using with embossing folders.

This a lot for your money. Used for crafting. Crafting items can be much more expensive. Colours up with alcohol inks. Very pleased with the purchase.

This is an excellent product I first used in Canada for hot air ducting. Fire proof adhesive backed foil tape with strong adhesive properties.
