While you may get a nice dice bag, these are just an ordinary set of polyhedral dice which you can pick up anywhere for much cheaper. As much as I like the material Wizards has put out to date for 4th Edition, you do NOT have to use branded Dungeons & Dice to play Dungeons & Dragons. The money would be better spent on books and miniatures!

This is a nice set of polyhedral dice that come with a carrying pouch (felt-like material with the D&D logo stiched on one side in red). They might seem very overpriced but they are actually only slightly so considering you get 4 6-sided dice (lots of sets I've seen on Amazon have only 1), the pouch (which is pretty nice) and the dice have a nice finish to them (they are a dark blue with black veins running through them and the numbers are in silver ink, nice and big).
Not much else to say. Would be nice to have more colour options and the price could be a bit more competitive (it's almost there in my opinion), hence subtracting 1 star.
Keep in mind that you don't need this particular set in order to play D&D - have a look around and see if you'd rather get one made by someone else. If you do decide to get this one though rest assured they are good quality.

A Really Good Deal

OK, so I don't know what this item description is talking about, nor do I understand why the other reviewer only received 6 dice. This package contains the following:
One d20
One d12
One d10
One d8
Four d6's
One d4
Dice bag
That's 9 dice and a dice bag. Some people may complain because there isn't a % die, but it's not really necessary in 4E or Essentials; just earlier editions.
The dice are all marbled blue with silver numbering and they're pretty decent as far as dice go (good amount of weight and they don't feel completely cheap). And the included dice bag is of really nice quality, and embroidered with the D&D insignia.
Is this the best dice set you could buy? Not really, but it's a great deal for the price.
I posted pictures of the box and its contents because it clearly states on the back of the box that four d6's are included.

Over price and there are better options

I love all things D&D, this is the one exception. Please look for something called Pound-O-Dice by Chessex. You will find it a much better deal. I purchased both and was so much happier with the other product. I love these. The bag is cool and made from a material that doesn't hold onto lint as badly as the velvet Chessex one we have, and the dice are nice looking and easy to read. It's 1d4, 4d6, 1d8, 1d10, 1d12 and 1d20.
