I've been using FaxNow since version 3, and I must say FaxNow 2000 still does not fail to impress! What can I say - this is a lot of software for your money! The installation was a breeze. It kept all of my previous settings, coverpages, faxes, everything. I love the forward to email or fax feature, because this means I can have any faxes received at home forwarded to me at work! I don't have a fancy modem, just a cheap 56k PCI one from PC World, but no problem, because FaxNow simply used my Windows driver somehow - the installation couldn't get any easier! Having the manuals on-line is a nice touch; they're always to hand if you fancy exploring. The address books are great - if you're sending a fax, you just start typing in a name, and not only does FaxNow search for matches in the built-in fax address books, but it even searches my Outlook address book too - finally, I can just keep *one* address book. I like ViewNow - so many times when I'm sending a fax, I wish there was some way to send it via email instead. ViewNow takes the pages you want to fax, and makes them into an email attachment. You simply send the attachment via email, and the person at the other end can open it, view it, and print it just like a fax. You don't have to send them any special software, the ViewNow files can view themselves - very neat! Attachments are easy to create and use, and there's also a way of joining faxes together, from say Word and Excel, so that you only have to send one fax. And my favourite feature of all - it's simple, the Preview; it's great to see what you're sending before you actually send it. I'm trying to get our office to take up FaxNow too - just the thought .. no more fax machines. My hat off to Redrock, they've done it again. In short they've managed to look at the software from the user's point of view, and that's refreshing. As far as fax software goes, FaxNow is perfect - easily 5 stars. Uncomplicated, and focused, unlike some I could mention. Keep up the good work Redrock - I'm looking forward to FaxNow 2001 .. !

This has got to be the best product I have ever come across. Without FaxNow I wouldn't have saved so much money in areas I didn't realise I was wasting. Not only have I saved money but it has also been the solution to all my problems with faxing. This Product is so easy to install and use. I have used other products like Winfax and Zetafax but there is no conparrison to FaxNow!

The heading on the box is 'The easiest way to fax enable your PC' and believe me it is more than true. I'm new to PC's and installing this software and then being able to send faxes seemed too easy, even for me. Buy it!
