* Background.
I have worked and trained in Shotokan Karate for many years. My first Karate Club was started in Chingford North East London in 1985 and is still active and successful today.

* Media.
I have written Karate articles for Magazines and Newspapers and I help the BBC when they are doing research for a Karate or Martial Arts program.

My Karate Club was recently featured on BBC TV 'The One Show' with John Sergeant when the film 'Karate Kid' was released.

I have also advised film producer Mike Leigh and been featured in his latest film which features Karate.

Whiskas Cat Food also used us for their latest internet advert 'Man lives like a cat'.

* Author.
My first book Keinosuke Enoeda ~ Tiger of Shotokan Karate was published in 2005 and has been remarkably successful.

I have also published another shorter book 'Shotokan Karate England - The first 25 years'.

* Current Position.
I am now the Chief Instructor of Shotokan Karate England overseeing many Karate Clubs in London and the South of England.
