The Rocky Horror Scrapbook, designed by Brian Thomson and with the auhtor of Rocky Horror - Richard O'Brien's Seal of Approval, this large sized, 48+ page book features Black and White photographs and Press Cuttings from the first days of the Rocky Horror Stage Show. The book covers the origianl Royal Court and Kings Road Theatre productions, the Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles and the New York shows, as well as the first productions in Australia and Japan. The book is packed with clippings from Newspapers around the world offering a unique insight into the early years of what is now the ultimate audience participation show. I found the book to be very interesting and informative, the layout lends itself to browsing through to a particular article rather than reading cover to cover. This does make it a book to come back to again and again. It's not a reference book as such, you won't find the answers to all those Rocky related questions, but you will enjoy the wonderful sense of history that it provides.

This was my first Rocky Horror book i bought it is a great book and i have read it about 10 times basically it gives you information on the rocky horror show it also pictures some great newspaper articles which are interesting to read it also has pictures of the costumes and the stars of Rocky Horror this is a great book and i can assure you that you wont regret buying it..

A quirky, stylishly put together scrapbook full of great pictures and interesting articles esp. of the gorgeous Frank n Furter - the sweetest transvestite to ever grace the planet. My only criticism is that maybe the book could have been a little thicker. It would have been nice to have seen some photos in colour because Rocky Horror is such a lavish production. Nevertheless this is a classy item for any Rocky admirer.
