i throughly enjoyed this series,
whoever thought of removing it should be shot,
it was best thing on tv then,think there was series 2??the actors-actressess were all brilliant,
well done to all who acted in this series.
i wish there were more series like this,another 1 cancelled was rough necks some of rockface actors were in that too.

We were graced with Rockface on BBC America and we fell in love with it ~ and then it disappeared. We were never even given reruns (we'd have taped them had we known). Our efforts to locate the dvd or copies of tapes have been frustrating and disappointing. Considering how shabbily the programming has turned on BBC America (like reruns of ST: Next Gen et all - or the Patrick Stewart network), we keep hoping someone on staff there will have the common sense to rerun this superb series. From the scripts and wondering storytelling, to the excellence of the actors and production itself, to the compelling and entertaining interaction of word and performance, Rockface stands out as a perfect series, albeit brief.

If nothing else, PLEASE offer us print-on-demand copies of the episodes! We'd be willing to pay for the hjoy of owning what quickly became one of our all-time favourite series.
