This was the first step video I bought, and it totally got me hooked on stepping. Keli is inspiring and not too annoying (although the cheesy grins of her "backup steppers" are a bit silly). The three levels mean you can choose a workout depending on your time limits and fitness level. And as for the killer abs section... well, it made me go out and order Keli's Abs and More video, cos that girl knows how to make abs WORK!!! The whole video is hard work, and it took me some practice to get all the moves, but I feel really good afterwards and I KNOW I got a good cardio workout.
