    Bought these for our 3 year old and he loves them. They fit over the shoe like those metal ones from the old days and adjust to fit. After a few weeks of use they are still in good condition and look like they'll last a few years.
    I'd advise to start very young kids on carpeted floor first before going on a hard surface as they can pick up a bruise or three.
