Stunning album by Chris Jones, sounds crisp and clean with outstanding tonal range, chilled out and mellow. Who-ever was behind the mixing desk or in the producers chair deserves serious recognition. If you like JJ Cale and love acoustic guitar work with a country/blues twist this should be right up your street. As an aside, first class liner notes and chord changes noted for each song, ace!

I regularly attend a high-end hifi show just outside London and this is one of albums that is often played at the show for demonstration purposes on various expensive brands of hifi equipment. After hearing certain tracks at these shows, I decided to purchase the album recently and I have to say that even on my own equipment, the sound quality of this album is simply outstanding. A couple of stand-out tracks have to be "No Sanctuary Here" and "Don't Need Your Religion" which were both played at the shows that I've been to over the last few years. The entire album is a joy to listen to. I originally thought the price of the album was a little too high but don't let that put you off purchasing it. It is well worth the £18.00 - If it's good enough to be played at the hifi shows then it's good enough to be in your collection. Buy it now before they delete this gem of an album.

I first heard this at a hifi show demonstrating quality kit. Superb sound and musically well worth the purchase.

Superb!
Excellent audiophile quality recording. One of the best! Can't fault it. Contains some pretty low frequencies too if your speakers are up to it!
