I have found it hard to find a 'fun' pasta for young children with gluten intolerance. This perfectly fits the bill. I have a 1.5 and a 4 year old (both can't eat wheat) and they love this pasta - in fact it is currently their favourite meal. It has tons of great shapes in it. Just be careful to cook it for the time on the instructions. It can 'dissolve' if you really overcook it - as I did the first time!
