Absolutely fantastic! Slush in seconds and nothing to clean. Just throw in a few ice cubes, turn the lid and collect the snow in a glass or the container provided. (I find it easier to go straight into a glass) Then pour over your favourite cordial or squash. All my family have ordered one. It's all you'd expect it to be but better! Cannot recommend it enough.

After reading the review on here I thought that I would give it a go. It all worked fine, but found the flakes of ice too small and they dissolved really quickly. If you wanted to make slush drinks out of it, I would recommend it, but I didn't so afraid that it's going back

Lets get down to business, this is NOT an ice shaver. If you want to get a shaved ice which will absorb the syrups and juices you pour over it like a snow cone, this is not the product for you. The Rival IS450 is more of a ice grinding machine, producing ice chips more akin to a slush puppie ice. If that's what you're looking for then this is the machine for you. Easy to clean (as it is only water) all you need to do is shake it off and leave it to dry, and not too large so it does take up too much space
