Not really what I expected. The book is really about the history of the Ritz and it's drinks. The cocktails are those that were made famous by guests. If you want a cocktail book, this is not for you.

So lovely to read about cocktail recipes and great ideas for canapes and how drinks were taken in days / evening gone by.
