I got Taebo Ripped Extreme the other day at Target as a source of variety from my P90X and Insanity DVDs. I gotta be honest, I was sweating more with this than with either of the others. I absolutely love this workout. It's about an hour. It consists of great energy and powerful punch and kick move sequences for the first half to get you warmed up and sweating..then, you use small dumbbells to work every muscle in your upper body (biceps,triceps,shoulders, back, and chest)
I am soooo glad I picked this up. Billy Blanks is an awesome motivator, and there are some really cute chicks in the vid too.
