Following on from the revolutionary Razor Ripstik we introduce Ripstik Ripster the compact caster board. Smaller than the original Ripstik the Ripster is lighter and more agile making it the perfect caster board for kids or stunt riders.
Recommend for riders 8 and up, the RipStik Ripster can support a rider up to a weight of 79kg.
Bringing the carving thrill of surfing and snowboarding to dry land, a simple weight transfer lets you turn or accelerate without pushing. Just like when you're carving down the slopes or cutting through the surf.
Arguably the most premium and durable caster board range available; all RipStiks are designed with spiked traction pads, a kick tail/nose and a concave deck which improve foot control - a must for tricks.
 With 360 degree inclined casters and pivoting deck the RipStik provides an impressive carving motion. The Ripster also features 66mm polyurethane wheels and precision ABEC-5 bearings for a smooth ride on almost any type of pavement. |

I bought two of these (one red, one blue) for my twin sons' 9th birthday. They had been desperate for RipStiks, the full size ones, but luckily we had the chance to try the RipStik beforehand and they were practically doing the splits trying to stand on it! Now my two are of average height but they would have struggled to use one.
The answer is the Compact Caster Board.
They can have a full size RipStik when older but in the meantime this is perfect. They are now able to manoeuvre and do some of the stunts on it. Neither of them mind this is a smaller board, they can carry them easily and are very happy with it.
It is ideal for kids who love skateboarding and want something a little different. Older (taller) kids may find this a better introduction before getting the bigger board but for younger kids it is perfect in size and most of all (I am told) it looks *cool*!

My name is Ben Dixey(I'm using my dad's account)and i am a thirteen year old boy.
As soon as I got this for my birthday I was outside, even in the dark and in the rain, trying it out. But obviously, I kept slipping off and I couldn't see where I was going. But the next day it was bright and sunny so I properly started, it was very dificult, but thanks to the help dvd I soon got the hang of it. Now I go everywhere on it, round town, to mates houses, and even, round a supermarket once or twice.
It's really awesome and I would recomend it to everyone, and just say, if you fall off, don't give up hope, just practice!

This is a really cool product. Purchased two at christmas, one for my son and one for my nephew aged 7 and 11. They are having great fun learning how to use it, and the DVD that comes with the product has some excellent tips on how to get going. I will say though it's not easy. With only two wheels, a sence of balance is an absolute must, but it didn't take the boys long to master it. Saftey gear is also a must!!!!
Overall I think this product is great and at such a great price too. Cheapest I could find anywhere with most places retailing it at 3 times as much. Also Amazon delivered super fast. Fab. Thanks Amazon!!!
